To secure your MD2B Connect rotation (and your preferred rotation dates), we require a deposit of $ 1,000.
Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable. The reason is that, as soon as the deposit is paid, we make arrangements for your liability insurance and make initial payment to your physician preceptor. If your plans change and you are unable to participate in the rotation, please note that this deposit can be applied to another one of our rotations. You may also transfer this deposit to a friend or colleague.
Following payment of the deposit, we ask that you submit the necessary documents:
- Medical school diploma or letter of good standing if you are a current student
- Immunization record
- Health insurance
- USMLE or COMLEX transcript
- Professional liability insurance (only if you have your own and are applying for a hands-on experience; otherwise, we will secure the liability insurance for you)

We require payment of the remaining balance for the rotation no later than two weeks before your start date. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to make payment.
