To secure your MD2B Connect rotation (and your preferred rotation dates), we require a deposit of $ 1,000.
 
Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable. The reason is that, as soon as the deposit is paid, we make arrangements for your liability insurance and make initial payment to your physician preceptor.
 
We require payment of the remaining balance for the rotation no later than 45 days before your start date. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to make payment.
