Testimonials
Dr. X has immense clinical knowledge and is truly a great teacher. I received extensive inpatient exposure across multiple hospitals such as Houston Methodist Sugarland Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugarland Hospital and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, along with various dialysis centres. I also received good outpatient patient hands-on exposure during the clinic days, which helped improve my case presentation skills. Dr. X had a very conceptual and holistic approach to teaching medicine, which helped me learn a lot. The teaching extended beyond nephrology and also covered other areas of medicine. The doctor would elaborately explain the approach and management plan, and teach complex topics in a clear and clinically relevant manner...The rotation helped me identify areas for improvement and build my clinical and patient skills. Since I was the only student in the rotation, the learning felt tailored to my needs and focused on improving my areas of weakness. Overall, I learnt a tremendous amount not just in nephrology but also in other areas of internal medicine and patient care during my rotation. Since the preceptor also drove me to all the hospitals and dialysis centers, I was able to get good exposure without transportation being a limiting factor. Dr. X truly went above and beyond in the clinical rotation.
