Testimonials

The preceptor was knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. X shared expectations from day one and consistently encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to learn more. The doctor provided students with multiple opportunities to observe and practice skills that will be essential during surgical residency training. The doctor invested time in delivering high quality feedback so I could improve everyday in terms of technical and soft skills. The rotation itself it’s a good opportunity to learn how a surgical department works in a more rural area, where general surgeons operate on a wider range of pathologies due to the absence of subspecialties.
