Testimonials

A major strength of Dr. X is that the doctor is very attentive to the needs and goals of rotating students. For students doing USCE for the first time, it can often be unclear what exactly they are expected to do during the rotation. Dr. X provides active and specific feedback on what students should focus on and what areas they need to improve, which makes this rotation especially valuable for those who are new to clinical training in the U.S.

Because students work closely with the doctor one-on-one, without residents in between, they are able to spend a significant amount of time interacting directly with the preceptor. I believe this rotation would be particularly helpful for students who have not previously had an observership or a structured USCE experience.
