Outpatient US Clinical Experience in Neurology
What you will do:
You will be under the supervision of a physician who is board-certified in neurology. The preceptor is a core faculty member of a neurology residency program, and is actively involved in the education of neurology residents. Neurology residents rotate through the clinic, and the preceptor also rounds daily in the hospital with residents of the program. This is a neurology residency program based at three hospitals - Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, Mountain View Hospital, and Sunrise Children's Hospital and Medical Center.

This is an office-based neurology rotation during which you will see patients with a wide variety of neurological conditions. You will be able to hone your skills in history-taking, gain confidence in your ability to perform the neurological exam, present cases, and document your findings. Opportunities to observe procedures in the office, including EEG and NCV, will be made available to rotat
